This was a classic XL musical gala I created and directed for Gorol and Partner’s client SPD. Nordrhein Westphalen is a part of Germany where many large scale musicals are being produced and the gala was presenting numbers from all those musicals. Nothing wrong with sheer entertainment. This is a task easier said than done. Here, your knowledge of the genre is put to the test, starting with show structure, casting singers and dancers, as well as choreographer, costume, hair and makeup. The audience might not be experts in the field but they can definitely tell if the performance lives up to the hight standard it should or if it’s merely a poor attempt.
